I am a clinical Dietician and Holistic Nutrition coach. Did M.Sc. ( Food science & Nutrition) from Assam Agricultural University, Jorhat, Assam in 2008. Since then I have been engaged in the field of Nutrition, Health & Fitness. I had worked in renowned Health & wellness organizations like Indian Institute of Technology Gandhinagar, Talwalkars Fitness, Black Panthers club and hospitals also. Thousands of clients has been counselled by me related to weight loss, weight gain, lifestyle disorders and other medical complications and achieved nearly 95 per cent success ratio. I also undergone the certificate course in Ayurvedic Dietetics which helped me to know the Prakriti ( Nature) of the person which in turn helps me to plan the diet and counsel the client accordingly.

About Holistic approach, I think a person as a whole made up of his thought, emotions, food he eats and the surrounding in which he live, so as a Holistic Nutrition Coach I need to address all these points to search the cause of the cause and to bring the adequate solution.
