Hi everyone.. I'm Dr Abhignya. I'm a practitioner of Ayurveda and Yoga teacher. Yoga is not just exercises as we all know.. it's about self realisation and also self conduction.. it brings discipline in our lives, provides peace to mind and changes our viewpoint about life and things that happen everyday. Keeping this vision in mind I started teaching basic asanas along with pranayama and self realisation techniques to patients and health seekers since 4 yrs. Also I teach asanas based on the disease ex: obesity, diabetes, hypertension, back pain, knee pain, loss of concentration, post fraction cases, neck pain, neurological disorders including spinal disorders. Pregnancy and post labor exercises are entirely different and I teach them to the mothers from the 1st trimester until the last and also after 10th day of labour.
