What would you have to do in order for you to develop artificially-acquired active immunity?

Immune system is bodies’ integral defense mechanism which works to keep the body at a steady state. Immunity comes or installed in our body naturally, though it has few types classifies as active and passive. Instances like where the body needs a defense barriers naturally it has to be exposed to a live pathogen, develops the disease and becomes immune. This instance is the result of the primary immune system.

Now if we talk about the artificial system of having a defense barrier that helps get protected. Artificially acquired immune system can be induced by a "Vaccine", antigen containing substance.  Vaccines primarily works by stimulating a response against the antigen without harming of causing any symptoms or disease. Comparatively artificially acquired passive immunity is a short term immunization by the injection of antibiotics.

To have the best measure and ensuring bodies internal defense taking vaccine is much useful and in a broader respect it has wide range of its activity against the pathogens. It produces immunity using bacterium, viruses, live killed or attenuated antigens that ultimately helps in stimulation the body’s defense against various dangerous pathogens. For example in order to acquire artificial active immunity we make it useful for our body to make a defense against foreign pathogens like smallpox, which is eradicated others like cholera, rabies, typhoid fever etc. which were prevented.  Scientists use some principles using altered antigens into our body like a tailored mechanism that helps improve any invader’s attack of various forms.

A disease like 'Hepatitis' which is the inflammation of liver, it has got many different types of it. Exposed persons can be treated with 'gamma globulin injections', even a vaccine was made for children’s in the year 1995.
