Hi.
Speaking a language is quite a different task from being able to read and write a particular language. Sometimes you might find people in rags on the footpath speaking in English very fluently. This might be very astonishing for the fact that a person who have never been trained formally is able to speak a language which is otherwise not spoken by the members of the community he/she belongs to.
I observe that you are doing good with your writing skills as of now and you have ability to make sentences. The next thing you should do is to improvise on your vocabulary on a day to basis. Please make sure that there is subject verb agreement and ability to chose correct tenses in the statements that you are framing for yourself to utter. More importantly, you need speak in English. You should look for people who will talk to you in English. Don't feel embarrassed even if you feel you are making/might make a mistake. Keep speaking and keep improving.
That's how I learnt. Be confident. Keep challenging yourself. You will definitely succeed.
