I am embarking on a community health n life style fitness outreach in Gurgaon.

Along with personal training that I offer for anyone interested, the group sessions is an initiative to also help those who are keen to step into fitness but hesitant.

The objective is to make a difference in our various neighbourhoods with friendship and fitness.

So, if you can keen to have a personal trainer who can guide you in your fitness journey or a group trainer, all you need to do is to gather four or five friends in your community and provide a venue, be it a garden, a gym, a wide open space, then we can effect the trainings.
