Hello, my daughter is 2 and half years old and I am planning to put her in "Head start" when she completes her 3 year on July 31st, when is the appropriate time to meet with you? kindly let me know.

Spoke to Headstart today and they confirmed that for early age the applicaiton form is issued on 23 Nov and that this is highlighted in the announcement section in website...
but no application is issued for pre-primary program.
