We can not say that in India there is a state where no one speaks Hindi or a state with no Hindi language but there are some states where Hindi is not their official language which are as follows:- Andhra. Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Goa, Jammu & Kashmir, Karnataka, Kerala, Maharashtra, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Orissa, Punjab, Sikkim, Tamil Nadu, Tripura and West Bengal.
