First, let's try to define what fire is. It's yellow/red/blue light emerging out of a substance.
Does light have any mass?
Well, the rest mass of a photon is zero. But, a large beam of light can turn a turbine, i.e. light has momentum, and it is also 'fire'.
But is there only light in the fire?
No.
What else is there?
Heat.
Does heat have mass?
If you consider heat energy as the kinetic energy of the molecules then no, but heat can also be in the form of electromagnetic waves, i.e. light. So again, it becomes complicated to decide whether it has mass or not.
Okay, so what else do you think is fire made up of?
If we consider the oxygen compounds formed after combustion, which forms the smoke or residues, then we can certainly say that they have mass. So does the fire.
So there's still a little ambiguity there, but you must have heard about the famous formula 'E=mC^2" which can be interpreted as 'if there is energy, there is mass and vice versa". And fire has energy, of course, so yes it has mass.
