IBPS Exam

IBPS stands for Institute of Banking Personnel Selection.

IBPS is an autonomous agency in India which conducts the exam and directly recruits candidates to the banking sector. Though in operation since 1975, the IBPS became as independent body in 1984, functioning with the aim to accelerate human resource  (HR) development through assessments and interviews. IBPS has now gained the tag of ‘Personnel Selection Test Conducting Agency’ in the country and is known for conducting mass exams in multiple choice question pattern.  IBPS also extends its HR services to LIC, insurance companies, NABARD, IDBI, public sector undertakings and government departments.
