Taking IELTS examination is a fundamental requirement by most first world countries for immigration and professional reasons. If you have a job opportunity and are certain about getting a VISA, I think it’s absolutely worth it! Canada is an awesome country, it just gets a bit too cold in winters (a fact and I said it jokingly).
