I have accumulated over thirty years of teaching experience, during which I have guided and mentored countless students. I have always strived for academic excellence with a solid educational background, including a BE, MBA, PhD, and Doctorate in Management Studies.
My professional journey has been diverse and fulfilling. I was honoured to serve as the Director of Lovely University, where I played a pivotal role in shaping the institution's vision and academic direction. Additionally, I have served as a consulting advisor, providing valuable insights and expertise to organisations seeking guidance in their strategic endeavours. Driven by my passion for expanding knowledge and contributing to the academic community, I have authored numerous research papers. These papers cover many subjects, including business analysis, Microsoft Excel, and spoken English.
My teaching expertise extends to various subjects covered in the CBSE, IGCSE, and ICSE curricula for students from Class sixth to tenth. I have adapted my teaching methodology to suit online learning environments, ensuring my sessions are interactive and engaging. I incorporate multimedia elements such as PowerPoint presentations (PPTs) to facilitate comprehension and retention to create a dynamic learning experience. I assign assignments every three days to reinforce learning and encourage regular practice.
