My only daughter (single child) is11years old. she has completed std-v in 2014 from WB board(English Medium). we were in Bolpur Santiniketan last few years. My husband is a central govt. employee and from last three months(2014) he has been transferred to Kolkata. So we also shifted to here from last month after her exam. We wanted to admit her in KV in std-VI. So we wanted to know what is the criteria about admisson procedure. It will be very pleasure to us if we get guidelines about how we prepare her for the admisson as she was in WB board.Will there be admission test? When will we get form and when will be admission?

I have got my transfer order lately, I wanted to know about the KVS available nearby Behala for my daughter in XIth stream -humanities

Whoever want to admit their wards in KV command Hospital, please be careful. It is the worst Kendriya Vidyalaya I have ever seen. This school do not have proper teachers.School is running by depending on contractual teachers. In a academic session the teacher for a subject is changed at least 5 times in a year.Teachers and the Principal is very much noncooperative to the parents/students. Discipline inside the school is worst.No proper academic atmosphere inside the school. Some of the teachers attitude and behaviour towards parents/students are very bad. For internal markings for Class X and XII CBSE exams clear nepotism is shown towards some of the selective students. «less
