I want to work as a freelancer or up work as freelancer in block chain developer.For that, one particular language is essential.What do you suggest? Python or Java or else something?

I am currently working in a full time job in an engineering college in the dept of Computer Science as a technical assistant .  I particularly want to work as a freelancer. Please suggest me a perfect solution.

Both the courses have almost the same topics, but in CA you have to know the issue in-depth whereas in B.com having the overview can get your work done. Therefore simultaneously pursuing CA is any day better than pursuing only B.Com. Instead, I would suggest to you; please check details about CFA.
