I was a banking proffessional for around 15 years. Worked with Citi and Hadfc bank. Later had to quit job for some priorities at home. Post that I was giving tuitions to primary students for almost 7 years where I came across students with different types of difficulties which neither their parents nor I were aware of. But it was clear to me that though these students seem perfectly OK, internally they are facing lots of challenges in order to cope up with regular studies. This encouraged me to know or learn more about different teaching techniques and this is how I came across a course of learning disabilities which threw light on what different types of learning disabilities are and different teaching techniques / remedial methods to help children in order to overcome such learning difficulties and make learning enjoyable for them.
