Don't skip until you understand the basics. For a medical exam, understanding concepts are very important. For the same use visuals (watch video's)and flash cards learning (online) They are available with me as well. Its interesting and understanding becomes clearer. After completing all lessons from the chapter say Human Physiology. Take MCQ's from books. Also, From each lesson in that chapter, Take MCQ's. Hope this helps.
