I have been an avid meditator since last 12 years and volunteered and assisted with very senior meditation & yoga teachers. Since the last 2 years I have been teaching meditation and sudarshan kriya (one of the most powerful breathing technique by the Art of Living, researched & recommended by Harvard, AIIMS, Yale, Stanford and many others). I'm passionate about spreading smiles and making lives of people stressfree through meditation and breathing exercises.

Yes it can, depends on the level of criticality of the case. But sudarshan kriya helps a lot with depression, according to studies it helps as good as anti depressants too. But it depends, I'll recommended start doing yoga asanas, meditation and pranayam to prevent depression. In case one has depression, sudarshan kriya and sahaj samadhi is very helpful.
