I am a Yoga therapist, instructor and practitioner. Yoga has changed my life, be it physically or mentally and spreading that is what I aim to do in my classes. I have about 3 years of experience in teaching, combined with my knowledge, my classes are designed uniquely for everyone treating every body differently.
