i wrote i-cet and i got gvpp college visakhapatnam, in first web counseling and then by mistake i attended for second web counseling there i got a new college(cvsr college, ghatkesar) so please allow me to get seat gvpp college.

sir, i was attend 1st counseling in srikakulam, I have p h certificate holder (special reservation), there were entered in general category (OC)but not entered special reservation (P H). i didn't get seat allotment in 1st counseling. So, what will do
