How can I get the fluency in speaking English? When I talk with my friends in English, that time it is ok but, when I come to my home, I use my mother tongue for communication. In this way, I don't get much time to speak English. So, how to get an English speaking environment?

Even before you start speaking, start thinking in English, and once you are comfortable thinking in English, you will be comfortable talking to everyone around you anytime. Also, not only speaking enhances your communication skills but listening also. Hence spend some time listening to English songs, watch movies which would help you understand and use at the right time.

Watch English web series or videos on Youtube/Netflix that have subtitles. In this way, you will not just learn to speak but also build expressions. Most of the non-native speakers practice this method and enhance their English Speaking Skills. It is the only strategy anyone can have to create the best English-speaking environment around themselves.

It's natural because English is not your Mother tongue language. Even Americans cannot talk Hindi so fluently, because it's not their native language. Only practice can make you perfect. Just write down 5-10 sentences of your experience every day. Chat online or talk to your friends on the phone call. Read any English story from books or google then write down that story in your own words and then compare with the story you had read earlier. In this way, you will be able to win over the fear.

It's a great start that you realise it and are willing to work on it. You could always try to talk to your friends. Even I grew up in a household where English was not spoken at home, but that did not affect my language abilities. Make sure you create an environment for yourself. Listen to English music, watch shows/movies/cartoons. Read simple books. Whatever is your interest. Make learning fun. Don't think of it as an exercise or a task to do.
You can join some group discussion classes where the focus is only on speaking. (you can get in touch for that). There are many apps these days where you can talk to people from all over the world just to practice. It's a great way of learning, might make new friends too!
