Either you have to speak looking into the mirror or simply start speaking. Don't forget a good speaker must be a good listener first...and you shall succeed..

try to jot down your sentence in a paper and speak in front of a mirror..and alwayz try to understand what you are saying for better use in future

It might be useful to pick a topic or two and make a presentation (atleast 2 mins for each topic) on the topics in front of the mirror. As you practice, try and reduce the time taken to prepare the presentation.

Is it grammatically right to omit "whether" in this sentence: They will follow you no matter you feed them or not? Why so?
Omitting "whether" in this sentence is fine as you have already written "no matter." No matter is itself used for an "if" situation.

Can "as far as" mean "with regard to" or "concerning" without the "is concerned" part? In everyday dialogue, is it interchangeable with "as far as something is concerned"?
Hey Pooja, 'As far as' means 'as much as' Eg As far as I know, it is possible. As far as that table is concerned, I am not sure if it is wooden or metallic. I hope this answers your question. Regards
