Is it right to use "Eh" when I want to agree with someone, “Are we still going to work tomorrow? ‘Eh’”. I’m asking about the use of “Eh”. The dictionary doesn’t mention that it can mean “yes”.

Professionally you use the 'Eh' As it is a slang word

Eh is used as an expression for surprise or disgust. "Yeah" is a word that can be used for "Yes" that too only if the person with whom you are speaking is an American / speaks American English or when we are interacting on a casual basis.

It should 'Yeah' but it is nonstandard substitute for 'Yes'
Comments

"Eh" is a kind of exclamation which is generally used for the expression of enquiry or surprize in the sentence. Urban dictionary mentions that it is also used to elicit agreement. But as far as usage go, it is used as an indication to willingness of agreement or to invite further discussion.
Comments

Slangs are usually unacceptable but, as the saying goes, when in Rome, do as the Romans do. So if you are in a place where they accept & understand 'Eh', use it. However, personally it is a NO for me.
