About coaching in this school

Stay far away from this school. I made the mistake of putting my child in LKG. However, from day one, they kept sending pages and pages of homework (4-5 pages of homework per day). Hardly anything is done in class. Emphasis on exam and and finishing portions before exam date and that too for an LKG student. We have complained to the principal but no use. They won't let you meet the teachers. For exams, the child scores good grades but you know that the teacher is helping out. By the 3rd term, the child was to learn big word like umbrella and elephant and write 1-20 in words. We don't understand their teaching strategy and the teachers never explain anything in the diary. We also had experience of teachers hitting our child such that he was afraid to go to school I suspect the teachers employed in this school are not skilled professionals, just available for low salary. If you value your child's education, do not send your child to this school.

Our daughter studying in this school, and we moved from Singapore and our daughter was in DPS Singapore and wanted her to maintain the board. we wanted the best for our child and after discussing with few friends we shortlisted some schools, but after going to few schools which are the so called 'elite schools', we felt there is a human factor in this school. we are happy about our decision, here are some good things about this school are:
1, Values- The values for life that a convent school can give to a person is priceless- I feel this school provide this.
2. Caring and security- This school runs owned buses and not out-sourced. if there is no lady assistant in the bus then one of the school management staff comes to acompany the students.
3. There is personal attention and they know each student by name, this shows how each child is precious to them.

We are very happy with our decision and hope this information will help...

School has no reason for hyping themselves so much. School has to go a long way, especially in teaching methods. students are punished unnecessarily. Principal has to appoint good teachers and pay them well so that they don't show anger on the students.
