I have been associated with yoga from my childhood. I had been practicing since my young age but I had breaks in between. Now I did my PG Diploma in yoga course in Andhra University. I have a verified degree of yoga in my hand. I also completed MSc Psychology, PhD. For Psychology counselling yoga therapy helped me a lot to heal my clients in many ways. I know mindful meditation which i learned from Vipassana course. This also helped me a lot to counsel my clients. My positive thinking is my strength. I have counselling skills and skills in teaching psychology from 15 years. Now I am starting yoga classes people who are interested can join.
