"Awesome trainer who helped me get fit. Was almost 84kg when got signed up with him and within 4 months got down to 68 kg. His techiques are simple but very effective. Couldnt continue gym after 6 months but I never gained weight and continued to remain around 68kg without any workout, that's purely because of his training techniques I believe. Kandan's patience and gradually increasing intensity of workout without me feeling the pain was cool."
