IdentityI am a dedicated fitness enthusiast and trainer specializing in weight management, muscle building, and strengthening. With a fitness journey that spans seven years, I am equipped with an ACE certification and additional expertise
from a Fitness Nutrition course.
My passion for fitness dates back to my school days, and I have always been intrigued
by the transformative power of a healthy lifestyle. Over the years, I have honed my skills,
gaining valuable experience working in local gyms, including a significant stint at the
Brigade Fitness Center for two years. Presently, I proudly serve as a trainer at
Healthifyme, offering my expertise as a freelance trainer.
Throughout my career, I have worked with over 500 clients,
spanning various age groups. My training sessions, whether conducted online or offline,
typically run between 45 to 60 minutes, ensuring a balanced and effective fitness
routine. I prioritize practical sessions, providing hands-on guidance to help clients
achieve their fitness goals.
In addition to personalized workout sessions, I offer nutritional guidance and create
tailored diet charts to complement the fitness journey. My holistic approach addresses both the physical and nutritional aspects of well-being.
