If you don't want to use cream and want to make ice cream from only milk, then take milk boil it till it becomes 1/3rd. Cool it down. Freeze it. And crush it at every 8 hrs for three times. And then add flavour which you want and again freeze it. Then your ice cream will get ready. No cream, no fat only milk ice cream and the taste of your choice.
